I need feminism
whoneedsfeminism:
because I’m sick of being told to “sit like a lady”, and sick of being told that I’m not “being very lady-like”.
I don’t want to be ‘one of the lads’. I am a woman who doesn’t conform to gender stereotypes.
Word on that last one. I’m not “cool *like* a guy,” or “cool *for* a girl.” I’m just a woman, and a girl who is cool, like so many others.
